We have multiple opportunities for New and Experienced Disability Support Workers to work within a dynamic team at our Supported Independent Living service based in the Inner-Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. If you are a hardworking, eager individual with the desire to support and improve the lives of people living with disabilities – this is the role for you!

Initially the position we have available are casual with an immediate start (subject to proving all compliance), however there are opportunities to convert to permanent part time in the future.

Profile

We are open to candidates with varying levels of skills and experience. To be successful in this role, ideally you will demonstrate the following:

• Enthusiastic about working with people with a range of disabilities
• Commitment to family and person centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation in the community
• Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment
• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Availability to work 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday through to Friday
